Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Peak Amp Instruments purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
  • Return Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
    • Special-order or custom-built products
    • Opened consumables (e.g., lubricants, sealants, refrigerants)
    • Any item marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
    • Tools or instruments showing signs of use

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at support@peakampinstruments.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
